Coder Rank I

Rank I is for beginner and newbie coders or those with some programming experience but no formal training. Students will learn a broad but focused foundation in computer science that helps develop areas of problem solving, creativity and critical thinking. They will create various projects such as, interactive animations and games, to reinforce core lessons in a fun way. Our Rank I Coders have a strong technical foundation and understand general design principles to bring their ideas to life.

 

Requirements For Rank

Ability to Demonstrate:

+ Use of If/Else Statements, Loops and Variables
+ How to Define and Create Functions
+ Identify When to Set Triggers 
+ Basic Graphic Design of Sprites and Animation 
+ Basic Debugging and Problem Solving

Student should have the full ability to create basic functions and animations without aid.
